Complete Darkness

As you chant an incantation, you move your hands in a special sign. Completely filling a 55-foot area in pure darkness. All creatures besides allies with dark vision become scared and drop their weapons or if there is an active spell going they end it immediately. It negates the effect of non-allied creatures' Dark vision. Leaving them completely blind.
