Arcane Housekeeper

You instill a broom with magic, which produces a spherical, 100ft cleansing aura, centered on itself. This aura instantly vaporizes anything within that the caster designates as detritus or a pest, cleans all surfaces and objects of dirt, grime, and stains, and lasts until dispelled. 

Detritus includes, but isn't limited to: dirt, dust, spoiled food, and garbage, such as shattered glass or torn paper.

Pests are tiny beasts, including, but not limited to: Rats, Bats, Fleas, Flys, Mosquitoes, and spiders.
