Astley's torment

You can target 1 person from any distance as long as you know they are there. Any creature in a 30 foot radius is also affected by this spell.  Any creature in a 15 foot of the creatures the spell chained to are also affected. Any creature in a 5 foot radius of those creatures are affected. Only the original takes damage. Damage is 1d8 + spellcasting modifier. Target rolls a wisdom saving throw, if succeeded, they take half damage. They also get the blindness effect, because all they see is rick astley on repeat untill dispelled.
