The creature will describe its last moment of life telepathically to the caster about how it was killed. Once the spell is finished, the body is reduced to bones. The spell lasts no longer than five minutes. 

Its answer is usually brief, cryptic, or repetitive. It cannot answer any question asked of it other than how it died.
