Whispers of Discord

You whisper a melody composed of discord. The target of your choice must be able to hear you. The target makes a wisdom saving throw on a failed save they receive 3d6 psychic damage and are forced to spend their bonus action running as far away as possible. On a success they take half damage, and don't have to run.
