Villictorium’s Flaming Pinecones

You light five pinecones on fire, you can use a bonus action to hurl a pinecone at a creature or object within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 fire damage. A flammable object hit by this spell ignites if it isn't being worn or carried. Additionally you can use a bonus action to give a creature of your choice within 10ft one flaming pinecone which they can use as a bonus action. (The creature uses your Spell Attack Modifier for their attack)
