A creature that you touch becomes enhanced and invigorated with life giving energy. That creature regains 10 hit points. If this healing would exceed the target's hit point maximum, the remaining hit points regained are converted into temporary hit points. While a creature has temporary hit points granted by this spell, its speed increases by 10 feet, it ignores the effects of exhaustion, and it gains advantage on initiative roles. A creature with temporary hit points from this spell must also move at least 10 feet on each of its turns, if possible. If you target an unwilling creature with this spell, you must make a successful melee spell attack to apply its effects.
When the spell ends, the target loses all remaining temporary hit points granted by the spell but does not lose any hit points it regained from the spell's casting.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the number of hit points restored increases by 10 for each slot level above 2nd.
