Target a surface within range, a 100 foot square of that surface will start to sprout skeletal arms, as an action on each of your turns, you can choose one of the following effects to use on any creatures within 5 feet of the surface:
Skeletal Punches:
Any creatures within range must make a dexterity saving throw, on a successful save the creature dodges out of the grasping hands if they are coming out of a wall, if the arms are coming out of the ground, they get pushed outside of the radius of the spell to the nearest free space, taking 2d8 magic bludgeoning damage. If they fail the save, they take 3d8 magic bludgeoning and 2d8 necrotic damage. If they fail the save by more than 5 they are knocked prone until they use an action to get up. At higher levels: The damage increases by 1 dice for every spell slot used to cast the spell above 3rd.
Skeletal Grab:
Any creatures within range must make a dexterity saving throw, on a successful save the creature dodges out of the grasping hands if they are coming out of a wall, if the arms are coming out of the ground, they get pushed outside of the radius of the spell to the nearest free space, taking 2d8 magic bludgeoning damage. If they fail the save, they become restrained by one of the hands and take 2d4 necrotic damage. At the start of each of their turns they take 2d4 necrotic damage for each hand grabbing them and then they can make a DEX saving throw to try to escape the hands. On a successful save they are pushed outside of the radius of the spell to the nearest free space, taking 2d8 magic bludgeoning damage. If they fail the save, another hand grabs them, dealing an extra 2d4 necrotic on each of their turns. If a creature is reduced to 0 hit points while grabbed by the hands, they are dragged into the surface they are coming from, then the hands reappear, without the creature. At higher levels: The damage increases by 1 dice for every spell slot used to cast the spell above 3rd.
Skeletal Barrage:
One of the hands go back under and reappear holding various pieces of rubble, stone, hard dirt, whatever surface they are in, and throw it at a creature within range (60ft.). Make a ranged spell attack against the creature (+5 to hit). The creature takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage per throwing hand. At higher levels: The amount of throwing hands increases for each spell slot used to cast the spell above 3rd.
