Ander's Forgiving Lightning

You focus on a target in range. A piercing bolt of lightning strikes from the sky, hitting the target. This does 6d10 lightning damage. However, if this reduces the target to under 80 hit points or the target is already under 80 hit points, the lightning instead of damaging the target, does 4d12 healing (If the target was already below 80 hit point then no damage is dealt).
