Blinding Wink

You wink at a target within range and cause a blinding flash to eclipse from your eye. The target makes a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, the target takes 5d6 radiant damage and is blinded for 1 minute. On a success, the target takes half damage and isn't blinded. The target may reroll the saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the effect on a success

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
