Warlock's Transfusion

The caster gains the ability to magically transfer hitpoints from themselves into any passive creature they are touching, creating a glowing string of magic between the caster and creature.

This spell lasts as many turns as the caster desires, but will be dispelled if the caster is attacked or distracted. For every turn this spell lasts, 4d6 hit points are removed from the caster, and given to the creature the caster is touching. This spell can also revive unconscious creatures.

If the caster is touching multiple creatures, the 4d6 hit points are divided equally (round down).
