Cat at Will

A shimmering Cat streaks toward a target within range and slashes your target. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 4d4 slash damage. On a miss, the cat barely hits the target with half as much of the initial damage.  The cat (per monster manual) stays for 1d6 rounds.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage (initial) increases by amount 1d4 for each slot level above 2nd. And the number of cats increases with ever 2 spell slots.
