School: Chronomancy (Transmutation)
(Intended for use with the Chronomancer subclass)
Your hand glows with a bluish flame and you shoot forth a bolt of temporal force at a target. On a successful hit, you alter time around the creature, it takes 1d4 force damage and the target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be affected by this spell until the end of its next turn.
An affected target's speed is reduced by 10 feet and it can't use reactions. On its turn, it can use either an action or a bonus action, not both. Regardless of the creature's abilities or magic items, it can't make more than one melee or ranged attack during its turn.
You in turn increase your speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn.
This spell's damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
