Cloud Grapple

Cloud Grapple must be case with an unobstructed line to a cloud. You must also have a free hand. 

Reaching to the sky a silver line an inch in diameter extends from you hand into the clouds. You can then push off the ground and pick a trajectory and move in that direction up to 60ft per turn. For the duration on subsequent turns you can use a bonus action to extend a new line to the cloud(s) and pick a new trajectory and speed up to 60ft. 

When the spell end you fall to the ground according to your last trajectory and speed. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 3rd. Targets must have a free hand to receive a grapple line. Targets may choose their own trajectory and speed. For the duration, on subsequent turns they can use a bonus action to extend a new line to the cloud(s) and pick a new trajectory and speed up to 60ft.
