You gain 30 temporary it points for the duration. Any temporary hit points remaining when spell ends are lost. When you cast this spell you chose one of the avatars below. This spell creates a magical avatar around you in that shape. You count as one size larger with the avatar active. If the temporary hit points ever are lost the spell ends. If the avatar lets you make a new attack roll you use your spell casting attack roll. While in this form you can't cast other spells. Your AC is 13 while in this form unless otherwise noted. While you have these temporary hit points you can't lose concentration on this spell due to taking damage.
Eagle. You gain flying speed of 60ft and the flyby trait. As a action you can make one attack with your talons. On hit it does 1d10+4 force damage. As a bonus action right after you make a talon attack you can attempt to grab the target if it is medium or smaller. The target must succeed a strength saving throw or be grappled. On each of its turns as a action it can make another strength saving throw. If you have two grappled creature you can't use your talons until you drop one.
Bear. Your strength score increases by 4 to a maximum of 24 and you gain the powerful build trait. On each of your turn you turns as a action you can make 2 attack rolls at a creature or creatures within 5ft of you. Each attack does 1d8+2 force damage.
Wolf. Your walk speed increases by 20ft and you gain the pack tactics trait. One on each of your turns you can make a attack with your claws or bite using a action. Your claws do 1d8 force damage. your bit does 1d10 force damage and if the creature is medium of smaller it must make a strength saving throw or be grappled until you let in go or the spell ends. It can make another saving throw as a action on each of it's turns to try to escape the grapple. Once you are grappling at target with your bite you can't bite another target until the creature escape. To let go a a grappled creature costs a action.
Warrior. Your AC is 15 while in this form and if you succeed a dexterity saving throw you can take 1/4 the damage instead if you would only take 1/2. Once on each of your turns you can make a sword attack as a action. The sword does 1d10+3 force damage.
Archer. Your walk speed is 40ft in this form and your dexterity score increases by 3 to a maximum of 23. While in this form you can use your action to make a longbow attack. It has a range of 120/700 and has you add 3 to your attack modifier with it. On hit it does 1d10+2 force damage.
