Alkair's Create Equipment

 Creates any artisan tool set, gaming set, musical instrument, as well as disguise, forgery, herbalism, poisoner's kit, or vehicle (only on set of tools, musical instrument, kit or vehicle may be created at a time.  Vehicles are limited to non-living, non-magical) which appears either in the caster's hand or in the nearest unoccupied space within 15 ft. of the caster (the caster determines which at the time of casting). 

Additionally, the spell can be used to create any basic equipment, which is not considered a weapon or any kind of crafted ammunition (i.e. arrows, bolts, bullets for guns, etc.  The spell can create rocks and boulders value for each of these is considered a minimum of 1 gp for the purposes of this spell.  Suggested value for boulders would be 5 gp per pound, DM discretion), such as a backpack, rope, shovel, pick axe, etc.  The equipment is always non-magical and non-living.  Whether a specific piece of equipment, tool, kit or vehicle (or set) can be created by this spell us up to the DM.

*The spell requires a minimum of 2gp to cast and is consumed. The items created cannot total more than 1gp in value per 2gp consumed by the spell.
