Clockwork Design

The caster may touch any clockwork component- from a watch to a grandfather clock- and bring it to life. It has sight, speaks the language of the caster, and can hear within normal range. It cannot move nor attack. The object must have a form of clockwork in it- nothing digital. The spell lasts 12 hours or until ceased.
