Blossom Blizzard

You summon the power of spring to entrap and destroy your foes.
A spectral grove of cherry blossom trees springs up at a point in range and begins to drop it's petals in a 20-foot radius. Each creature makes a Dexterity saving throw as the trees spring up or take 3d6 force damage and have their movement speed halved until the end of their next turn. The area within the spells effect is heavily obscured by the falling petals, blinding creatures with out blindsight and is considered to be difficult terrain. A creature moving in or through the grove takes 1d4 force damage for every 5 feet they move in the grove as the spectral petals slice through them.
