You choose up to 10 creatures that you can see in range. Upon casting, the creatures' vocalizations are no longer muted or subdued because of water or similarly viscous liquid. All sounds a creature can make with their voice travels normally as it would in air. This allows spells using verbal components to be cast normally, even if the creature doesn't have the capability to breathe underwater. This does not grant creatures any additional breath time.

If a creature enchanted by this spell acts as a source of thunder damage using it's voice, ignore any damage penalties that water would otherwise cause to the damage.
