Aa'abezerath's Raze of the Golden Dragon Queen

A 100 x 100ft vortex of white hot fire coming from the heavens, as though coming from the dead Queen herself. On hit it deals 12d10 fire damage. If the target is wearing any type of metal gear/armor, they take an extra 2d10 burning damage. The target(s) must succeed a dexterity saving throw, on a successful saving throw the target(s) takes half damage.
