Chakram Beam

You can spend 3 ki points to launch a beam of ki from your chakram, forming a line 60 feet long and 5 feet wide in a direction you choose. Each creature in line must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes full damage and becomes prone on a failed save, or only takes half as much damage on a successful save. (add Ki Weapon damage if activated).
