Bamboo Cage

A bamboo grove bursts from the ground, filling a 20 ft. wide, 30 ft. high cylinder. Any creature in this area must make a dexterity saving throw against the caster's spell save DC. On a failed save the target takes 2d6 piercing damage and is restrained. On a successful save the target takes half as much damage and is not restrained. Either way the area becomes difficult terrain.
