The power, the pressure, the energy, it's far too much to contain, far too much for your physical vessel to handle. Release it, show them what is normally held at bay within you that they may consider themselves blessed in comparison. If there is anything left of their psyche, that is...

Release a blast of Psychic force in a sphere centered around you. Any creature within a 200-foot sphere of you must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Spell DC or suffer 10 + 10d10 Psychic damage (halved on a success).

Alternatively, you may cast the spell as a concentration spell and charge the spell for up to one minute (10 turns) to increase the range and fixed damage by 10 and decrease the number of dice rolled by 1 for each turn spent focusing. If your concentration is interrupted the spell goes off with half the damage and range of its charge level, and you suffer 1d10 Psychic damage as backlash. You may willingly release the spell at any time during charging for full effect at its current stage of damage and range, but after 1 minute maximum range and damage is achieved (300-foot sphere, 110 Psychic damage). You may continue to hold the spell beyond 1 minute, but you suffer 1d4 points of Psychic damage for each additional turn due to the strain of containing such force.
