Cerberus's chains

 You lift you're hand and conjure flaming chains witch entraps the selected/chosen target aslong as they are within 30 feet of you. if the creature successfully passes a strength check of (12) the chains will miss. If the creature fails their strength check they will be entrapped and will take 1d6 of fire damage and all players have advantage on all attacks on the selected till your next turn. This can be used twice every long rest.

at lvl 6 (2 targets 1d6) at lvl 9 (2 targets 2d6)          at lvl 12 (3 targets 2d6) at lvl 15 (3 targets 3d6)         at lvl 20 (4 targets 4d6)
