You cannot learn this spell by leveling up. It must be learned from an object containing this spell.
You spend 1 day recording all knowledge of a singular concept (perhaps a spell, plane of existence, or individual creature) into a singular device that can record information, such as a tome, scroll, or tablet. From then on, only a creature in possession of the device associated with this spell will be aware of the concept contained within it.
Any other creature that had knowledge of the concept before the casting of this spell must make an Intelligence saving throw or have the concept wiped from their knowledge. Creatures with inherent ties to the concept will automatically succeed on this saving throw. For example, if you are attempting to contain all knowledge of a singular person, that person will automatically succeed; if you are attempting to contain all knowledge of a particular world, all the residents of that world will automatically succeed.
This spell may only end when the device containing the concept has been destroyed or eroded to such an extent that one cannot decipher the information contained within the device.
