Arcane Atrophy

The targeted creature must make a constitution saving throw against your spell save dc or have their carrying capacity reduced to 1/8th of its original any times above this limit must be discarded if carried, worn or contained within a backpack. If that cannot be done the creature has disadvantage on all dexterity, strength and constitution checks and saves and its speed is reduced to by amount of encumbrance it still has. Example if its is 150% over its capacity its speed is speed is reduced by 50%. You may cast it on one other creature within 60ft for every spell slot above fourth.
