Charge

You send a pulsing wave of magnetic force in a twenty-foot sphere causing the surrounding air to crackle. Each creature within range must make a Constitution saving throw or become vulnerable to all lightning damage until the end of your next turn.

If a creature has resistance or immunity, it instead takes normal damage from resistance or has resistance from immunity.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the radius increases by 10 feet for each slot level above 3rd.
