Collapsible Atomic Fusion

An absolute overkill of a spell. This spell makes two atoms fuse together at high power. On your command, it can collapse in on itself creating a small black hole. Everything in the range of 600ft will be sucked into it, which will last for 5 seconds. Afterward, the black hole will collapse in on itself again creating a massive explosion. "This spell is for war, not for your everyday use." - The wizard Council
