Want to keep your enemies on their toes, test both their mettle and saving throws? Victor's Feigning Fireball does just that, giving you an opportunity to see how they react before you completely waste a spell. A bright streak flashes from your pointing finger to a point you choose within range and then begins to blossom into an explosion of flame before swallowing itself up. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. If the spell isn't countered, you regain a spell slot of a lower level, and if you cast fireball with the same targets they must use the Dexterity saving throws they made for this spell.
