Arcane Missile

The ammunition or thrown weapon you are holding is imbued with arcane power. You can immediately make a attack with the imbued item use your spellcasting ability instead of Strength and/or dexterity for the attack and damage rolls of ranged attacks using that weapon, and the range of the weapon is doubled for the attack. The attack also becomes magical, if it isn't already. This spell does not grant proficiency with the weapon.

The spell imbues more than one item when you reach higher levels: two items at 5th level, three items at 11th level, and four items at 17th level. You can direct the attacks at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each item.
