You touch a non magical Scroll or folded letter with the gold infused candle wax, the wax coalesces into a arcane seal an the scroll or letter becomes sealed with an arcane lock spell for the duration. You and the creatures you designate when you cast this spell can open the object by breaking the seal to end the spell, if the seal is broken by anyone not designated by the caster, all that was written on the letter or scroll is erased.
Casting dispell magic on the object breaks the seal without erasing the contents. Once dispelled, the seal breaks and cannot be reused. The broken seal remains on the object and letter/ scroll was read by use of dispell magic.
At higher spell slot level choose the following effects:
1st level spell slot you may seal scroll/ letter with magical writing.
2nd level spell slot or higher you may seal books, magical spell books or normal books.
