The clouds above the caster darken and thicken and and massive bolt of lightning is called down. Each creature in a 15ft square must make a saving throw against your spell save DC or take 6d8 lighting damage and be stunned until your next turn. On a success the target takes half damage and isn't stunned.
As and action you can repeat the effect as long as you maintain concentration.
The damage increases by 1d8 for each addition level.
