School: Chronomancy (Conjuration)
(Intended for use with the Chronomancer subclass)

You conjure a mass of webbing that has a misty smokey appearance at a point of your choice within range. The webs fill a 10- foot cube centered on that point for the duration. The webs are difficult terrain and lightly obscure the area with their semi ethereal visage.

If the webs aren't anchored between two solid masses (such as walls or trees) or layered across a floor, wall, or ceiling, the conjured web collapses on itself, and the spell ends at the start of your next turn. Webs layered over a flat surface have a depth of 5 feet.

Each creature that starts its turn in the webs or that enters them during its turn must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is restrained as long as it remains in the webs or until it breaks free.

A creature restrained by the webs can make a Wisdom check against your spell save DC at the start of its turn. On a success, the target is no longer restrained.

While a creature is in the webs area of effect it also suffers from being slowed and it can use either an action or a bonus action, not both. Regardless of the creature's abilities or magic items, it can't make more than one melee or ranged attack during its turn. This effect ends at the end of its turn as long as it is no longer in the webs area of effect.

 At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you create one additional 10-foot cube for each slot level above 2nd. For spell slot of 2rd level of higher that you use there is a 5% chance you will summon a Timeweaver Spider within those webs.
