Bane of Hyacinth

As an action, you create a blooming aura 20ft from you. Any enemy within this aura enters difficult terrain, and must make Constitution saves to walk through, as Hyacinth flowers bloom around you, with ichorous thorns tearing through the stems of these flowers. DC 16 save, on a fail the target takes 2d4 Necrotic damage, and can only move 1/4 of their normal speed for 1 round.

For each step taken, they must continue to make CON saves.
