Three droplets of energy that replicate the void between stars circle around the caster’s head for the duration. These droplets can change material and form at will, causing visual effect spells cast through them to appear altered. The caster chooses what form the spell takes. Some examples include morphing Burning Hands to look like bubbles instead of flames, morphing Fireball to look like flower petals instead of fire, or making Crown of Madness look like a party hat instead of a jagged iron crown.
Once a spell is cast in this manner, anyone who can see the visual effect of the spell must make a Wisdom Saving Throw. On a failure, the creature suffers disadvantage on any Saving Throw they must make from the altered spell if it’s form is not hostile to them.
