Buttercup

As an action, you draw the handful of flower petals from your material pouch, throwing them into the air. As these petals fall, a blinding rain of flowers comes down in their place that obscures vision. Creatures other then the caster are affected with blinded condition while within the area of effect. Projectile Attack Rolls made into or within the storm of flowers are rolled with disadvantage. Creatures that have blindsight are not effected by this spell.

This spell lasts for five rounds or until concentration is broken. After the spell ends, the flower petals turn to dust and blow away, leaving no trace behind.
