Burning Chains of Hell

You take a chain in one hand, extend both arms out to your sides and a 10 yard chain shoots from out of your open palm. The creature that it’s targeting must succeed a DEX save against you. If it fails the chains should wrap around the creature, (each length doing 2d8) and engulf it in flames (2D8 fire per length) and is now prone. At later levels you may gain one extra length per spell level each doing extra damage.
