You select one allied creature you can see within range, for the duration, you transfer a spell you're concentrating on to another creature. While the target creature is concentrating on your spell you are able to concentrate on another spell. 

After one minute the target creature can expend their bonus action to make a constitution saving throw against your spell save DC to continue to concentrate on your spell. 

When the target creature ceases concentration on the spell, it is transferred back to you. If you were concentrating on another spell during this time, that spell's effects end, and you resume concentration on the first spell.
