You create a cacophony of sounds, a series of overlapping, blurred duplicates, and a myriad of smells that surround creatures.
Choose a number of creatures equal to your spellcasting ability modifier within range that you can see (you may include yourself, if you wish). For the duration of the spell, the creatures gain an AC bonus of +1 and attacks against them have disadvantage. If a creature you chose moves out of range of the spell or moves out of line of sight of you, they are still affected by the spell so long as you maintain concentration. When you lose concentration, the spell ends for all creatures.
The sounds and smells can only be sensed by attackers within 5 feet of the creature affected. Attackers who have Truesight can see through the illusions, but an attacker who relies on blindsight or other senses to attack can only be affected by this spell if they get within 5 feet of the creature.
