Vyke's Dragonbolt Blessing

You hold you hand to the sky as lightning strikes your hand. With the Dragonbolt in your hand you can bless yourself or another creature you can see. Until the spell ends, the blessed creature gains the following effects:

• The creature gets a number of temporary hit points equal to 5 times the spell's level
• The creature can add 4d4 necrotic damage to one weapon or spell attack per turn.
• Every damage the creature deals, can be chosen to be necrotic damage instead.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th or higher level, the damage increases by 2d4 for each slot level above 3rd.
