Binding Contract

Choose one or more wiling creatures who you can see and can see you. You must all be able to see each other for the entire duration of the casting process. You make the agreed upon contract magically binding, forcing compliance of all parties involved. This contract has the power to accomplish anything a Wish spell could accomplish, however it cannot directly effect anyone who was not a signing member of the contract, and fails if the signing of any party involved was done so under charm effects, dominating effects, or under threat of harm. Both sides must stand to benefit from the contract in one way or another as well. 

Some examples include: Securing alliances, peace treaties, etc.
