Effects
Choose a target within 30 feet of you that you can see, that target must make a wisdom saving throw. On a failed save the target takes 2d8 psychic damage and has disadvantage on all saving throws, ability checks, and attack rolls for 1 minute (10 Rounds). On a successful save the target takes half damage and is not affected by the rest of the spell.
The spell automatically fails if the target has an Intelligence lower than 3 or is an undead or construct.
An affected creature may roll another wisdom saving throw at the end of their turn, if they succeed, the spell ends.
