Acid Rain

Cast your hands to the sky and invoke a deadly storm that darkens the sky. You must be outdoors to cast this spell. Choose one of the following effects:

• Acid Drizzle For the next 10 hours lightly obscuring acidic rain falls in a 400 foot radius centered on you at the moment of casting. At the start of every hour a creature is within the affected area it takes 1d4 acid damage. Constructs and structures take an extra 2d4 each hour they are in the affected area. For every 2 hours that nonmagical armor is in the affected area the AC bonus it provides lowers by 1. Additionally any Perception checks that rely on sight are made at disadvantage within the spells area.
• Deadly Downpour Until the beginning of your next turn heavily obscuring acidic rain immediately starts to fall in a 30 foot radius centered on a point you choose within range. Creatures within the circle are blinded and must make a Dexterity saving taking 6d8 acid damage on a failure and half as much on a success.

Casting this spell in the same manner in the same place for 30 days straight creates a permanent Acid Drizzle. This effect covers a circle of 1 mile. A Wish spell can remove this effect.
