Wish is the mightiest spell a mortal creature can cast. Wish.com is not that.

Wish.com is a spell used to magically acquire items. When you cast this spell, you can wish for any item, magical or otherwise, including known and invented magical items.

Initially unbeknownst to you, what you will actually receive is some version of that item that is worth no more than 5 gp for various reasons decided by the DM. For example, if you wish for a flame blade, you may simply get a sharp wooden stick that's got little flames painted on it and a candle on top.

After 3d4+5 (8-17) days, the item is delivered to you by an unseen servant or other courier of the DM's choice, wrapped in plain brown paper. If you are in a location the DM deems inaccessible by this courier for some reason, the item will be left as close to you as possible without you being notified of its delivery.

Where these items come from and how the spell works is unknown, or up to the DM's discretion. Perhaps some eccentric wizard enjoys sending out these trinkets, or there's a merchant trickster god who provides this jest-worthy service to those who seek power.
