You create a tiny painting or sculpture depicting yourself which you may attune to. While you are attuned to it, as an action you may touch it and gain 2d4+4 temporary hit points for one hour as if casting false life at 2nd level. You may use this ability three times, and regain all uses after completing a long rest. Once you have created such an object, you may not make another until the first has been destroyed.

If this object is ever seen by a creature other than yourself, it is instantly destroyed.

If this object is destroyed, you immediately lose any temporary hit points take 8d4+12 psychic damage.
