You choose a point within range and cause the tides of chaos to erupt into a frenzy. Each creature in a 20-foot radius sphere must make an Intelligence saving throw. For each target that fails their saving throw, roll a d4 to determine which effect they suffer from the list below. Each target that succeeds on their save takes 2d8 psychic damage and suffers no other effects.
1-Winter tide: target takes 5d8 cold damage and is restrained until the end of your next turn.
2-Spring tide: Target takes 5d8 lightning damage and is charmed by you until the end of your next turn.
3-Summer tide: Target takes 5d8 fire damage and is frightened of the nearest creature until the end of your next turn.
4-Autumn tide: Target takes 5d8 thunder damage and is stunned until the start of your next turn.
Targets effected by the seasonal tide that matches the caster's current season (if the caster is Eladrin) take an additional 1d8 of the appropriate damage type.
At Higher Levels
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot above 4th.
