You choose a creature you can see within range and subtly twist time around them. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw, on a failed save, also roll a d20 with the result determining the nature of the paradox experienced by the target, but only while the two of you are on the same plane of existence.
1 - 2 = An infant version of the target is pulled through time appearing within 5ft of them. It taunts the target causing it to focus all attacks towards them for the next 2 rounds. If the infant is killed the target takes 3d8 damage.
3 - 9 = A version of the target of the same age is pulled through time appearing within 5ft of them. It attacks the target using the same stat block for the next 2 rounds. If the being is killed the target takes 3d8 damage
12 - 18 = An elderly version of the target is magically transported appearing within 5ft of them. For 2 rounds the target moves at half its speed and must perform a Constitution saving throw at the being of every turn. On a failed save, the target takes 1d10 damage, and on a successful save half this value. If the target fails both saving throws the elderly being dies and the target takes 1d8 damage
19 - 20 = A monstrous aberration, that at one time was the target appears within 5ft of the target. A Bodak has been summoned through time and stays in this timeline for 2 rounds. If the Bodak is defeated the target is also reduced to 0 HP instantly.
