You channel your Bardic Talents, signaling either a crescendo or a diminuendo with your Conductor's Wand. Either increase or decrease the radius of an AoE by 5ft. For example, if a Thunderwave spell would usually deal 3d8 thunder damage to each creature within a 15ft radius, you could make that radius either 20ft or 10ft. If an Aoe Effect would be reduced to zero, treat the effect as negated.
