You flourish the weapon used in the spell’s casting and make a weapon attack with it against one creature within the weapon's range. On a hit, the target suffers the weapon attack’s normal effects and an additional 1d4 thunder damage. Additionally, choose one ally within 30 ft. of the target; that ally gains a +1 bonus on the first attack roll they make against the target until the start of your next turn.

The extra damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
