Any target that is hit will be dealt 2d12 thunder damage and is knocked back 30ft. It will also send a purple bolt of energy which deals 1d10 force damage.
(Note:Even if you succeed on the saving throw, the bolt still hits unless the targets' AC is enough to defend against your ATK Bonus)
